Investment Analyst analyzes and researches financial markets, securities, and investment products to assess risks, evaluate potential returns, and make informed investment decisions for an organization. Collects and researches economic data, financial metrics, and market conditions to develop and build financial models, forecasts, and investment strategies. Being an Investment Analyst monitors and analyzes portfolio performance, asset allocation, and risk exposure to ensure alignment with the organization's investment objectives, strategies, and risk tolerance levels. Prepares investment reports and analyses on investment opportunities or strategies to identify trends and recommend actions for the organization. Additionally, Investment Analyst utilizes mathematical formulas and statistical analyses to identify potential or alternative investments and calculate and evaluate financial health, returns, and fair value of securities, assets, or other investments. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager. The Investment Analyst work is generally independent and collaborative in nature. Contributes to moderately complex aspects of a project.     About the role:

     

    As an Administrative Assistant, you'll provide vital support to the Property Manager in overseeing our apartment community. Strong communication, administrative, organizational, and time management skills are key, with knowledge of fair housing regulations being beneficial. Your tasks will include assisting with correspondence, maintaining records, handling special projects, supporting tenant recertification, and ensuring compliance with HUD and LIHTC guidelines for our community.

    What will you be doing?

     

    • Assist Property Manager in preparing initial and follow-up correspondence on all matters relating to the property being managed.

    • Maintain records in a timely, accurate, and organized manner

    • Prepare plans and provide for the implementation of special administrative projects

    • Assist Property Manager with the Processing of all forms of tenant recertification, including verification, certification, annual and interim re-certification, and maintain leases as needed

    • Abide by all HUD management, 4350 & LIHTC guidelines
