Monarch Management and Investment is immediately hiring a Maintenance Technician for our beautiful Acadian Point Apartments-Must have HVAC/EPA certification and valid drivers license.

$500 Sign-on bonus (Paid after 90 days of employment)
PAY: $18-21 hourly
Up to $750 a quarterly bonuses ($3,000 a year!)
$500 in tool reimbursement every year
$100 bonus when on-call and minimum 1.5hrs paid time

SCHEDULE: Amazing 4 day work week! 
7-6PM

What We Need:
• Ensure all work orders are completed in a timely manner based on priority
• Make Ready / Turning Units in between tenants
• Painting/Staining both interior and exterior applications
• Exterior structural maintenance as needed
• Pool maintenance (where applicable)


What You Need:
• 1 years’ experience in maintenance
• HVAC and or EPA experience/certification required
• Dry walling including painting and carpentry
• Working knowledge of plumbing including sweating copper pipe
• Working knowledge of electrical including outlets, switches and light fixtures
• Working knowledge to repair and/or diagnosis of appliances including refrigerators, stoves, dishwashers and garbage disposal
• Water heater knowledge both electric and gas
