International Banking Manager jobs in Arizona

Dinan & Company, a middle-market investment bank, is seeking to hire a Junior Investment Banking Analyst at our Phoenix headquarters. This position will be part of Dinan’s growing international M&A team, providing support on mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and other transactions for corporate and Private Equity clients across various global markets and industries. Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct comprehensive research on companies, industries, competitors, and end-markets to identify potential targets/buyers and support strategic positioning

- Draft crisp, professional reports, presentations, and other client communications

- Collaborate across global deal teams as well as with clients

- Manage multiple workflow streams and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

- Opportunity to gain exposure to various industry sectors and geographies through international deal work

Desired Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree with strong academic performance, preferably in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field

- Strong analytical, PowerPoint, and Excel skills

- Familiarity with Capital IQ and Salesforce preferred

- Strong written and verbal communication abilities

- Ability to work calmly under pressure and tight deadlines

- Keen attention to detail and strong organizational skills

- Proficiency in a second language is preferred

- Prior experience in investment banking, financial services, or industry research is a plus

- Ability to travel as needed
