Develops and designs curriculum plans to foster student learning, stimulate class discussions, and ensures student engagement. Being an Instructor - Educational Assessment provides tutoring and academic counseling to students, maintains classes related records, and assesses student coursework. Collaborates and supports colleagues regarding research interests and co-curricular activities. Additionally, Instructor - Educational Assessment typically reports to a department head. Has a Master's degree or is a PhD candidate in the applicable field. Has experience and is qualified to teach at undergraduate level and possesses the qualifications to participate in research. Cultivating a safe space where students feel comfortable making mistakes and exploring the language.
Documenting student progress to track learning milestones effectively.
Qualifications We're Looking For
A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
While teaching experience is advantageous, it's not mandatory.
Proficiency in spoken English.
Strong communication skills to engage students effectively.
Technical Requirements
Reliable internet connection with minimum download and upload speeds.
A stable wired connection is necessary.
A PC or laptop meeting specified OS requirements, along with a USB headset and camera.
Adequate backup systems for areas prone to power outages.
