Accounting Assistance Qualifications:

• The ideal candidate would have an Associates degree in Accounting
• 1-3 years of experience in an accounting role
• Proficient with Microsoft office
• QuickBooks experience is a plus but not required
• Detail oriented, self-motivated and able to multi-task in an up-tempo work environment
• Strong desire to help manage the accounting and grow with the company
• Candidate must have excellent communication skills and be able to interface with client/customers/vendors

Accounting Assistant Responsibilities:

• Data entry
• Bank reconciliations
• Credit card reconciliations
• AR AP functions
• Payroll processing
• Other special projects as needed

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 – 15 per week
