Information Security Manager is responsible for developing and managing Information Systems cyber security, including disaster recovery, database protection and software development. Manages IS security analysts to ensure that all applications are functional and secure. Being an Information Security Manager develops and delivers IS security standards, best practices, architecture and systems to ensure information system security across the enterprise. Implements procedures and methods for auditing and addressing non-compliance to information security standards. Additionally, Information Security Manager migrates non-compliant environments to compliant environments. Evaluates the organization to ensure compliance with standards and relevance with industry security norms. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a director. The Information Security Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Scope of Work
Required consultant experience provided by Contractor, shall include:
Min 12-15 years of IT experience
Minimum of 10 years of SAP Basis/ Security, Solution Manager Experience.
Experience delivering multiple SAP security solutions by integrating departments SAP systems with third party security relevant SAP partnered products.
Strong understanding of SAP application architecture, databases, and system integration.
Strong knowledge of industry trends in security technology.
Strong understanding of SAP application architecture, databases, and system integration.
Deep technical knowledge of SAP on-prem & cloud SAP landscape(s).
Ability to manage a substantial unplanned workload with short deadlines.

Education/Certifications:
Bachelor s Degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems (MIS) or other technology related field or, equivalent work experience of one (1) year system s experience for each year of education required or, one (1) year of data management experience for each year of education
Preferred Experience:
Knowledge of the Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) and how ITIL maps to SAP solutions.
SAP Security or Basis or Solution Manager Certifications.
Information Security Certifications: CISSP, CISM.
Experience with the Florida Department of Revenue s CAMS or SUNTAX.

By working closely with other teams leverage SAP solution manager setup and manage:
Configuration of tools for root cause analysis, such as SAP EarlyWatch Alert, End-to-End Root Cause Analysis (RCA), and Change Analysis.
Configuration of business process monitoring and alerting.
Define business processes to be monitored and set up thresholds for alerts.
Set up reporting tools and dashboards.
Configure data extraction and integration with external reporting systems.
Regularly update Solution Manager components to ensure compatibility with the latest SAP releases.
Apply patches and support packages as recommended by SAP.
Document the configured settings and procedures for future reference.
Implementing HANA audit log ingestion to log retention and monitoring tools.
Review SAP Security Patch Day released SAP Notes by working closely with other teams.
Review EarlyWatch Alert (EWA) & SAP Security Optimization Service (SOS) reports and resolve alerts by working closely with other teams.
Work Timeframes
The selected individuals will occupy a full time position, working up to 40 hours per week. Standard work times will be (or approximately) standard business hours (8a 5p Monday-Friday). Due to new hardware installations, upgrades and maintenance, weekend and/or after hours work may be required on an exception basis. We do not anticipate overtime, but if required, the pay would be the hourly rate, not time and a half.
