Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the service department
- Manage and lead a team of service advisors and technicians
- Ensure exceptional customer service standards are met in the shop and lane
- Suspend and review service orders for accuracy and completeness
- Coordinate with automotive sales team and Service Director for seamless customer experiences and efficiency in the shop
- Provide guidance on vehicle maintenance, tire service, oil changes, and diesel engine repairs based on manufacturer specifications
