Hydraulic Technician troubleshoots, diagnoses, repairs, reconditions, and services all hydraulic machines, systems, and components. Communicates findings and recommendations to customer and management. Being a Hydraulic Technician must be proficient in basic cylinder assembly and teardown skills. Typically requires a high school diploma or its equivalent. Additionally, Hydraulic Technician typically reports to a supervisor or manager. The Hydraulic Technician possesses a moderate understanding of general aspects of the job. Works under the close direction of senior personnel in the functional area. KLS Hydraulics & Machine Works is looking for an experienced hydraulic technician with verifiable performance history to diagnose and repair all types of hydraulic systems and individual components including pumps, motors, valves, and cylinders. Experience in mobile and/or industrial applications is required. Past work in a job shop setting is preferred however all applicants with appropriate technical ability will be considered. This is a full time position working Monday through Friday and includes health insurance, vacation, and 401(k) participation with employer matching benefits.
