Liaise with Head Office team in Milan to identify system improvements Maintain and update system documentation. Conduct performance and security audits and system reviews Develop and deliver end user support and training Manage external vendors involved in supporting or implementing systems Elicit functional requirements and support process mapping for both continuous service improvement and support the delivery of new digital solutions.
