The right candidate will be energetic, customer service driven and be able to achieve goals both independently or as the member of a team. The primary responsibility of this position is to obtain new business as well as maintain established relationships to achieve set revenue goals.
This position requires a seasoned sales professional who has demonstrated consistently strong revenue production with a proven record of sales success in the hospitality industry. This person must possess strong communication skills to aid in being the liaison between the client and the operations staff of the property. In addition, this person will prepare correspondence, attend meetings and represent the hotel in community and industry organizations and events. This person must be capable of developing and maintaining knowledge of market trends, competition and customers. The Sales department leads site inspections / tours with customers, entertains and performs outside sales calls to develop leads. This person will represent the hotel in a professional and consistent manner.
