Will work as a colleague with classroom teachers to support student learning in all content areas. In order to fulfill these expectations, the coach will provide personalized support that is based on the goals and identified needs of individual teachers. Assist teachers in aligning their teaching with appropriate standards, curriculum and assessments. Work collaboratively and collegially with Coordinators and Administration Staff. The coach will support classroom staff with the implementation of effective teaching practices across all developmental domains that lead to increased positive outcomes for children within the context of a collaborative relationship. Will travel to Head Start locations. 4 Year Degree in Early Childhood Education, or related, is Required.
