Summary - We are looking for an enthusiastic Marketing Assistant with superior organization skills, who is detail-oriented and has a great attitude to assist with a variety of marketing activities.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities –

• Manage a variety of tasks to assist team members
• Assist with conference preparation such as inventory, event tracking, feedback, and event organization
• Effectively multi-task and manage multiple projects at once
• Superior organization skills, with great attention to detail and an ability to prioritize tasks
• Adaptable and able to effectively work within a dynamic environment
• Willing to take on various tasks
• Beginner to intermediate skills in Google Suite
• Learn new processes and software
• Handle multiple projects and prioritize effectively
• Learn concepts and tasks quickly and accurately
• Remain flexible in a fluid work environment
• Other duties as assigned

Required Education and Experience –

• High School diploma required
• College degree preferred

Physical Demands –

The employee is required to talk, hear, and see. This position often requires the employee to stand, sit, bend, stoop, crawl, kneel, ascend and descend stairs, reach with arms and hands, and use hands and fingers to feel, handle, and manipulate keyboard keys. The employee is also required to lift up to 20 lbs. Minimal travel may be required on company business by plane, car, or other transportation.
