    Minimum Requirements:
    • HS Diploma
    • 2 years experience working in a customer service role or office environment
    • Intermediate computer skills with ability and willingness to continue to learn
    This position requires that you possess the following skills:

    • Excellent communication; both verbal and written
    • Professionalism and positive attitude
    • Organized, proactive and process oriented
    • Self-directed initiative
    • Ability to learn and adhere to industry regulations
    Responsibilities:

    Putting client needs first is deeply rooted in our culture and at the core of everything we do. In providing excellent client service, you will:
    • Answer phones and greet clients in a friendly, warm manner
    • Record notes from client conversations accurately in our client management system
    • Call and email clients to schedule client visits
    • Document management: scan, copy, fax, email, organize, e-file
    • Track and order office supplies
    • Prepare conference room for client visits
    • Project coordination
    • Other office administration duties as assigned
    Salary:
    $16-$18/hr

    Monday-Friday: 8:00 am - 4:30 pm
