SUMMARY: OPERATIONS ASSOCIATE will work cross functionally. The candidate must be organized and be able to track and process data entries that need processing daily. Must be able to thrive in a fast pace, ever changing environment.   Successful candidate will have a spirt of teamwork, organization and being able to think outside the box to present solutions to keep production on track to prevent delivery slides.

Role Description

This is a full-time Operations Associate role at The Forecast Agency located in Los Angeles, CA, with flexibility for some remote work. The Operations Associate will be responsible for day-to-day operational tasks, including data analysis, report generation, and project coordination. This hybrid role requires the associate to be located in Los Angeles, but some work from home is acceptable.

Daily functions included but not limited to:

⁃              SALES ORDER AND PURCHASE ORDER ENTRIES

⁃              EDI IMPORT

⁃              ITEM/SKU MAINTENANCE & UPDATES

⁃              NETSUITE – INTERNAL ORDER UPDATES

⁃              ORDER MANAGEMENT / BUY SHEETS

⁃              PRODUCTION TRACKER REVIEWS WITH CROSS FUNCTIONAL TEAM

⁃              TAILORED REPORTS – MEMORIZED/SCHEDULED REPORTS. SALES/OPEN ORDERS.

⁃              INVENTORY MANAGEMENT

⁃      FACTORY BLANK INVENTORY

⁃      FINISHED GOODS REPORTS FOR SALES

Qualifications

• Operations, Analytical Skills, and Interpersonal Skills
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service abilities
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data analysis tools
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Prior experience in operations or a related field is preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management, or a related field
