Gold Ranch Dayton is looking for high energy, fast paced Food and Beverage Manager to join our operations!  The responsibility of our F&B Manager is to produce the highest quality food with precision and accuracy, continually observing and implementing the proper quality-assurance and food-safety procedures.  This position is also responsible for creating a fun and exciting guest experience and overseeing our Bar Operations.

Requirements

Minimum two years previous food and beverage supervisory experience required, preferably in a casino environment. Must be able to initiate and engage in conversation in a professional and friendly manner. Must possess excellent customer relations and communication skills and possess the ability to work well with subordinates, coworkers, and work as a team.
 

Essential Functions:

• Develop and implement effective work schedules for Bar and Front of House Restaurant employees.
• Assign appropriate duties to department employees.
• Train new employees and complete performance reviews.
• Perform physical inventory and order supplies. Maintain proper level of supplies to prevent any interruption of service.
• Manage all aspects of the beverage operations.
• Manage all aspects of the Front of House restaurant operations.
• Makes suggestions and changes to expedite service, increase overall check averages, and decrease costs where applicable.
• Oversee compliance with all health department regulations. 
• Coach, counsel and recognize employees as appropriate based on performance and conduct.
• Train and develop staff to ensure they are able to perform their jobs to meet expectations.
• Provide courteous service and be cordial to all internal and external guests.
• Maintain appropriate staffing levels.
• Perform other duties as assigned.  

Applicants will also be expected to be able work on their feet for several hours at a time and lift potentially heavy objects when necessary.

This is a Gamed position; qualified applicants must be over the age of 21 and able to obtain and maintain a Nevada Gaming Registration Card.
