The responsibility of our F&B Manager is to produce the highest quality food with precision and accuracy, continually observing and implementing the proper quality-assurance and food-safety procedures. This position is also responsible for creating a fun and exciting guest experience and overseeing our Bar Operations.

Minimum two years previous food and beverage supervisory experience required, preferably in a casino environment. Must be able to initiate and engage in conversation in a professional and friendly manner. Must possess excellent customer relations and communication skills and possess the ability to work well with subordinates, coworkers, and work as a team.

Applicants will also be expected to be able work on their feet for several hours at a time and lift potentially heavy objects when necessary.
