Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Food and Beverage to join our team. The ideal candidate will oversee all aspects of the food and beverage operations, ensuring exceptional service and culinary experiences for our guests.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance food and beverage offerings
- Manage all food and beverage outlets including restaurants, bars, catering services, and banquets
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain high standards of cleanliness
- Oversee menu planning, pricing, and inventory management
- Lead and mentor a team of culinary professionals and service staff
- Collaborate with other departments to coordinate events and promotions
- Monitor financial performance and budgeting for the food and beverage department

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred
- Proven experience in food service, kitchen management, and hospitality management
- Strong knowledge of banquet operations, catering services, and dietary department procedures
- Excellent culinary skills with a background as a cook or chef
- Ability to lead and motivate a diverse team
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
- Certification in food safety and sanitation practices is a plus

Pay: $120,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
