Manlove Brain and Body Health is hiring a full- time float receptionist to be a part of our support staff team.

We are a busy general psychiatric office seeking a multi-tasking, people-oriented and highly motivated individual with time management skills. Professionalism, positive attitude, and ability to work one-on-one with clients and staff is a must. Responsibilities include extensive phone and face to face contact, scheduling client appointments, preparing initial client paperwork and letters, verifying client information, collecting fees, completing required client paperwork, and assisting team members as needed. Excellent computer skills using Microsoft required. Full-time position Monday-Friday. Great work environment and benefit package.

Requirements:

• Ability to professionally interact and communicate in person and over the phone.
• Ability to handle pressure and busy situations while staying calm, professional and focused.
• Ability to adapt in a positive manner to changes in work environment, workload, assignments, etc.
• A working knowledge of Office 365, (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel)
• Strong communication skills; both verbal and written
• Ability to multi-task, problem solve and is a self-starter.
• Strong work- ethic.
• Good organizational skills and detailed oriented.

Preferred:

• Experience in a medical setting with a working knowledge of HIPAA
• Associates degree or better, or certification in a related field
