Olathe Fleet Solutions is looking for a Fleet Maintenance Administrator

As a Fleet Maintenance Administrator, you will use your excellent communication, organization and multitasking skills to maintain good morale among your Team and keep your Customers happy.

This administrative and operational role primarily focuses on coordinating fleet maintenance and repairs. In this role, you will set preventative maintenance schedules and track the completion of these maintenance tasks by external vendors. On-boarding new customers into the systems and having a working knowledge of Fleet Maintenance and Telematics programs is a plus.

Job Responsibilities:

Great written and verbal communication skills

Basic math and data analysis skills

Schedule fleet maintenance and repairs

Work with external vendors, including service writers & mechanics

Maintain communication with customers on daily basis

Create and monitor Operating Cost Summary reports for customers

Maintain a current database of vehicle and driver information for customers

Assist with process improvements of Department functions

Keen attention to detail

Fleet Coordinator Requirements and Qualifications:

2 years of experience in a fleet management or customer service roles

Excellent leadership skills, including goal setting, motivation and training

Good problem-solving, critical thinking and decision-making skills

 Understanding of basic vehicle mechanics, including the ability to identify when major repairs are required

Exceptional organization, time management and multitasking abilities

Familiarity with transportation scheduling and management software

Computer proficiency

Valid driver's license
