Fitness Instructor coordinates all fitness programs for a facility. Organizes and instructs exercise classes for all fitness levels. Being a Fitness Instructor ensures that all participants are properly trained on the use of the facility's exercise equipment. Responsible for making sure that the exercise area and equipment are safe and clean. Additionally, Fitness Instructor may require a bachelor's degree in area of specialty. We are a growing one-on-one, private, by appointment only, fitness company with 3 studios in Austin, Texas and One in the Dallas area in business since 2009. In addition to our studio operation, we also have offer virtual training through Zoom and also run a successful global online training business for individuals with Multiple Sclerosis.
We just doubled the capacity at our studios and are looking for enthusiastic, motivated, and energetic team members to learn our systems, techniques, and methodologies to help us continue to grow. We have openings in North Austin and Lakeway.

Our new team member must have a passion to connect, encourage and communicate candidly with people in a one-on-one science based and very measured exercise environment.
We prefer the individual have a degree in a related field (not a requirement) and MUST have a good working knowledge of the muslces groups, form of basic exercises, basics understanding of energy systems, the ability to match clients energy/personalities, and the ability to learn to cue with encouraging intent for an entire 30 min session.
The right person would also have the ability to grow into a full time position with management opportunities available.
Typical part-time compensation is approximately 20 to 30K . Typical full-time is approximately 40 to 60K. Compensation is a combination of sessions executed and studio operating hours to support our clients goals.
All of our employees are W2 with health and retirements benefits available. We work in set shifts from 6am to 1pm or 2pm to 8:30pm.
If you are a good fit for our business and clients, you will first go through our in-depth training process to teach you our systems and how we measure/program/train/interact with our clients. This is up to 2.5 weeks at your pace and availability and unpaid.

Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelor or Associate degree in a related field
-Current Personal Training Certification
- Current CPR/AED certified

- Experience delivering one-on-one training
