FACILITIES SUPERVISOR jobs in New Hampshire

The Baldwin is a seeking Facilities Supervisor! Candidates will be responsible for overseeing the care and maintenance of all aspects of The Baldwin community. Responsibilities will include training and supervising facilities personnel, coordination of life safety and security programs, and the procurement of supplies, materials, and equipment. Candidates must have a people first attitude, strong team approach and a willingness to learn and grow. Candidates should also have a high standard level and have excellent communication skills. Must be able to maintain a cooperative and courteous attitude despite simultaneous tasks in a fast-paced environment. This position is a Monday through Friday first shift position with possible rotating on-call responsibilities. High school diploma or equivalent and 5 or more years’ experience in plant engineering/and or trades such as plumbing, electrical, painting, carpentry, facilities/maintenance is required.
