Facilities Planner plans building or refurbishment projects focused on effectively utilizing spaces and resources to support the organization's physical facility and space needs. Conducts evaluations of current facilities to assess short-term and long-term space needs and produce feasibility studies. Being a Facilities Planner prepares and reviews designs, layout plans, specifications, and standards that comply with building regulations, industry best practices, and organizational requirements. Estimates costs for labor, materials, and services. Additionally, Facilities Planner generates, monitors, and updates project plans and timelines with task details, deliverables, and status updates. Coordinates construction and installation processes and expedites delivery of materials required by projects. May require a bachelor's degree or equivalent. Typically reports to a manager. The Facilities Planner occasionally directed in several aspects of the work. Gaining exposure to some of the complex tasks within the job function. What You Will Be Doing:
This is a professional position for an Office Coordinator in Honolulu, HI. In this role, the successful candidate will operate multi-line office phone systems, network printers, and other equipment to support and assist with daily office needs. The successful candidate will communicate with internal and external customers and all levels of the organization. The successful candidate will demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication, organizational, and time management skills.
The successful candidate will work at our Honolulu, HI office (not a remote position).
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:30AM-5:30PM.
