• Desire to relentlessly prospect for new candidates – you love “the hunt”

• 1 years of sales or executive search required
• Phone skills/willingness to cold call leads
• Competitive spirit
• High energy and positive attitude
• Capability to connect with others – a team player!

Your Day:

• Source, recruit, and deliver highly qualified candidates using techniques and resources including market research, data sourcing tools, referrals, networking

• Cold call and interview prospective candidates

• Conduct a preliminary assessment of the candidate's skills, abilities, experience, and willingness to make a career change.

• Identifying the key decision makers at organizations and coordinate phone conversations and zoom conversations

• Maintain accurate records of connections and scheduled appointments.

• Continuous database management (adding companies, updating profiles, scrubbing data, etc.)

• Share, track, and monitor search and marketing email campaigns
