Key Responsibilities- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to exceed their needs.

- Manage a comprehensive database of clients, prospects, partners, and vendors.

- Provide continuous support and problem-solving assistance to clients to maintain our trusted partner status.
- Experience in inside sales and account management in the transportation and logistics sector preferred.
- Recent degree in Sales & Marketing or a related field required.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on internal and external customers.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
