Ethics and Mission Integration Director - Systems jobs in Connecticut

We are seeking an experienced and visionary Senior Director of IT Systems Integration & Operations to lead our strategic technology initiatives in systems integration for key operational systems. This critical role will focus on optimizing and integrating our specialized systems, including Product Lifecycle Management, International Order Management, Product Information Management, Digital Asset Management, Supply Chain Management, and B2B Ecommerce. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing complex IT landscapes and delivering innovative solutions that drive operational excellence and support business growth. This position will report directly to Senior Vice President of IT out of our Greenwich, CTheadquarters on a hybrid scheduled (3 days in office per week/2 days remote).

Key Functions & Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a focused IT strategy that aligns with the company's business objectives, specifically targeting system integration and enhanced operational functionality.
• Lead the integration of complex system architectures across specialized platforms: Product Lifecycle Management, International Order Management, Product Information Management, Digital Asset Management, Supply Chain Management, and B2B Ecommerce.
• Oversee the management of these specific IT system operations, ensuring their effective and reliable performance.
• Manage and mentor a team of IT professionals dedicated to these systems, promoting a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with senior management and other IT leadership roles to ensure system integrations meet business needs, enhance customer experience, and facilitate seamless collaboration across global teams.
• Ensure compliance of integrated systems with data security and privacy regulations.
• Manage budgeting, procurement, and resource allocation for the designated systems to maximize ROI on technology investments.
• Lead targeted change management initiatives to drive technology adoption and optimize operational processes within the scope of integrated systems.
• Establish and maintain strategic relationships with key technology vendors and partners relevant to integrated systems.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 10 years of experience in IT management, specifically in systems integration and operations of complex IT systems.
• Extensive experience with the specified systems: PLM, IOM, PIM, DAM, SCM, B2B Ecommerce.
• Demonstrated ability to lead specialized IT teams and manage large-scale projects focused on system integration.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, capable of making data-driven decisions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, adept at engaging with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience in an international and multicultural business environment is highly desirable.
