Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Operations Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will oversee and coordinate daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficiency and compliance with company policies.

Duties:
- Supervise and lead a team of warehouse staff in daily operations
- Implement and maintain operational best practices
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate record-keeping
- Coordinate with various departments to optimize processes
- Enforce safety regulations and OSHA guidelines
- Oversee materials handling, storage, and distribution activities
- Conduct regular inspections to identify areas for improvement
- Provide training and guidance to team members

Skills:
The ideal candidate should possess the following skills:
- Strong background in process improvement within a freight forwarding environment
- Knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety protocols
- Mechanical knowledge for troubleshooting equipment issues
- Excellent team management and leadership abilities

- Knowledge of handling Hazmat / Dangersous Goods

- Knowledge of TSA procedures

- Experience in Airfreight
