Enterprise Infrastructure Manager manages and coordinates the information systems that will adequately support the organization's enterprise infrastructure. Monitors and manages all IT infrastructure projects to meet company and client needs. Being an Enterprise Infrastructure Manager determines current and future enterprise infrastructure needs, ensuring the scalability of infrastructure design to handle expected growth. Implements policies and procedures to maintain, enhance, and secure an organization's technology infrastructure. Additionally, Enterprise Infrastructure Manager is responsible for monitoring the systems to ensure the highest level of infrastructure performance. May assist in network interface planning, hardware resource availability, and the development of new applications. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a director. The Enterprise Infrastructure Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. To be an Enterprise Infrastructure Manager typically requires 5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. 1 - 3 years supervisory experience may be required.     THE POSITION:

    STACK is in search of a Manager, Communications to support and elevate STACK's public relations, social media marketing, content marketing, digital marketing, and various other marketing initiatives in support of the STACK brand's growth and revenue-generating initiatives. Reporting to the Director, Communications and serving as a hands-on contributor, the Manager, Communications will support a growing organization in achieving STACK's Marketing Plan. As STACK’s Manager, Communications, your ability to produce excellent technical content will be foundational to success. Utilizing the latest in AI resources, the ideal candidate will deliver clear, accurate, and captivating copywriting with an added layer of foresight to enhance the work of your creative counterparts. Assisting both product marketing and corporate marketing initiatives will be a daily mission. You will work to optimize and enhance STACK’s brand across various digital platforms as needs arise. In addition, acting as a marketing generalist, your skills will be utilized across a variety of other marketing efforts to support the growth of the STACK brand and revenue-generating efforts.

    The ideal candidate for this role will be an excellent communicator who takes initiative and understands the detailed nuances of the data center, commercial real estate, MSP/CSP, and technology infrastructure market and buyer personas.

     

    ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

    · Contribute to and support the creation of content for blogs, articles, brochures, use cases, case studies, one-pagers, white papers, sales enablement, video scripts, ad copy, social copy, website copy, print copy, client comms, press releases, internal comms, external comms, and a variety of other copywriting tasks

    · Provide content support by contributing to STACK’s product marketing, Go-to-Market, and corporate marketing strategies

    · Audit, update, and maintain existing collateral and sales enablement using version control

    · Maintain a content and social media marketing calendar

    · Use target keywords to write web copy optimized for search engines (SEO) while contributing to a web content strategy that incorporates achieving organic search goals while maintaining corporate messaging standards

    · In conjunction with outside vendors, support the development, optimization, and execution of search engine marketing plans and campaigns to ensure revenue, budget, and other business goals are met

    · Contribute to STACK’s public relations strategy and be accountable for STACK’s internal public relations process from start to finish

    · Increase STACK’s social media footprint with daily posts on multiple social media pages, source images for use on social media, and management of STACK’s social sharing content

    · Assist with event promotions, messaging, field communication, and a variety of other event-related action items

    · Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends, competitor intel, and external research and implement best practices accordingly

    · Execute various marketing tasks and responsibilities as necessary

     

    THE DETAILS:

    · Location: Denver, Colorado

    · Travel: 10-15%

    · Compensation: $115-125k base salary 10% bonus target

    · Must be eligible to work in the United States

    · Must pass comprehensive background screening

     

    MUST-HAVE QUALIFICATIONS:

    · Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or equivalent work experience

    · 5 years of B2B marketing experience, with a focus on public relations and communications

    · Advanced proficiency in MS PowerPoint and MS Word

    · Proficient in MS Excel

    · Ability to use AI resources to accelerate and enhance productivity and output

    · Excellent creative skills and ability to craft product messaging

    · High level of professionalism, discretion, diplomacy, and confidentiality

    · Ability to work with individuals at all levels of the organization

    · Ability to exercise good judgment and demonstrate maturity

    · Must be decisive, iterative, and agile

    · Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced working environment

    · Proactive and disciplined in following through with set priorities and programs

    · Knowledge of the data center industry and its communications activities

    · Able to gather insights from internal and external sources, assess the impact, and make strategic recommendations

    · Track record of leading successful public relations, social media, and communications functions to deliver on business goals

    · Ability to get things done within set deadlines and effectively prioritize many competing demands
