Position Description, Qualifications and Compensation: Full-time BILLING MANAGER working with a collaborative and supportive team in the homecare, home health, and hospice fields. We’re looking for a true partner that is excited, driven and motivated to achieve excellent billing and collections results. Applicants should have excellent customer service and communication skills, be comfortable working independently and collaborating with a team and be organized in their approach to completing works tasks accurately and on time. Previous experience working in a medical billing (preferably home health and hospice) is highly encouraged but not required (we’ll train the right person for the job). We believe it's an honor to care for those in need as they rehabilitate or near the end of life and we strive to care for them as if they were our own family members. The support we provide as an admin/office team is critical to our success as a company – clinically, culturally and financially. This position includes competitive compensation discussed upon interview, comprehensive benefits and retirement plans available to full-time employees.
