La experiencia que buscamos de ti :

Se requiere diploma de escuela secundaria o equivalente.

Al menos 1 año de experiencia previa ayudando a clientes en cualquier capacidad / línea de trabajo. Se anima a postularse a los candidatos con títulos universitarios que no tengan experiencia relacionada con el cliente!

Los candidatos para este puesto deben ser bilingües y hablar Ingles y Español con fluidez.

Condiciones de trabajo :

Ubicación : New Britain, CT

Debe estar disponible para trabajar en la asignación de restauración de emergencia según sea necesario.

Debe estar disponible para viajar entre MA / CT / NH según sea necesario.

Los centros de contacto de Eversource ofrecen un programa de trabajo desde casa basado en el rendimiento en Windsor, CT y Manchester, NH para todos los representantes.

This is a union represented position. Our compensation starts at $22.77 / hour, plus overtime, and an annual bonus based on company and individual performance.

This is a Safety sensitive position and will be subject to the PHMSA Federally Regulated drug program, including random drug testing.

The Experience We’re Looking for from You :

High school diploma or equivalent required.

At least 1 year of previous experience helping customers in any capacity / line of work. Candidates with College degrees who do not have customer-related experience are encouraged to apply!

Candidates for this position must be bi-lingual, fluent in both English and Spanish.

Must pass pre-employment skills testing and background check and drug screening

Working Conditions :

Must be available to work emergency restoration assignment as required.

Must be available to travel between MA / CT / NH as necessary.

Representatives are expected to be on-call and work extended hours as well as mandatory overtime to support higher call volumes during times of inclement weather or other major events.

Contact center representatives are front line employees if the power is out or there is a major weather event affecting power, they are expected to be here to serve our customers.

You must live in our service territory to be hired. We are open holidays, for which you may sign up or be drafted to work during those times.
