Schedules and dispatches Maintenance and Environmental Services workers and work crews for normal installation, service, or emergency repairs rendered at all CAMC locations.
Responsibilities
• Prioritizes work orders based on severity and need. • Timely and accurate distribute maintenance and environmental services requests to personnel. • Determines personnel, equipment, and materials required according to the work orders. • Timely and accurately prepare departmental time records, various statistical reports, purchase orders, etc. • Orders supplies and equipment and issues them to personnel. • Monitors personnel and/or equipment locations and utilization in order to coordinate service and schedules. • Records and maintains files and records of customer requests, work or services performed, charges, expenses, inventory, and other required information. • Confers with customers or supervising personnel in order to address questions, problems, and requests for service or equipment.
