Energy Dispatch Supervisor supervises the operations and activities of an energy dispatch control room. Oversees the work of dispatchers and ensures compliance with company policies, practices, and procedures. Being an Energy Dispatch Supervisor requires at least an associate degree. Typically reports to a manager/head of unit. The Energy Dispatch Supervisor supervises a small group of para-professional staff in an organization characterized by highly transactional or repetitive processes. Contributes to the development of processes and procedures. Thorough knowledge of functional area under supervision. Qualifications:
-2 Commercial Solar experience required
- Proficiency in Procore is a Plus
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities
