We are a boutique plaintiff’s employment law firm that is rapidly growing. We have two attorneys and are looking for a third with recent employment litigation experience who enjoys practicing in federal and state court.
In this position, you will be responsible for litigation, so experience with motion practice, depositions, hearings, and trials is required. This position is fully remote except for in-person events like court appearances, mediations, depositions, etc.
I am looking for someone who is self-motivated and understands that hard work translates to higher income. For this reason, I am offering an uncapped bonus based on the revenue generated.
