    The Nurse Director Emergency Services will lead a busy Emergency Department with over 55,000 annual visits a year. Reporting to the CNO, the Nurse Director Emergency Services will be supported by a team of Nurse Managers, Educators, Supervisors, Registered Nurses (many of which hold their CEN and TNCC certifications), technicians, and ancillary staff. Responsibilities of the Senior Administrative Nurse Director Emergency Services include managing the department budgets, preparing for all upcoming accreditation and surveys, updating policy procedures, developing strategic short and long term growth initiatives, and cross collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.

    Ideally, the Nurse Director Emergency Services should hold an active RN license, prior leadership experience, and a clinical background working in a fast-paced emergency department.
