    Kings III Emergency Communications – Emergency Dispatcher – 2nd Shift

    Kings III is a fast-growing company providing emergency elevator and pool monitoring service to thousands of commercial and multi-family properties across the US.

    Job Summary

    As a Kings III Emergency Dispatcher, you will be handling inbound calls from our push button emergency phones. We monitor the convenient push button phones provided in elevators, pool areas, and other places to be used in the event of an emergency. You do not need dispatcher experience to apply to this job! We provide extensive, on the job training. Each day at Kings III, you will have the satisfaction of knowing that you can make a difference by helping those in need, while working in a safe and supportive environment.

    Requirements

    Essential Skills and Experience:

    • High school diploma or GED
    • 1-year customer service, call center, or dispatcher experience
    • Ability to work weekends, holidays, and 2nd shift (3:45pm - 12:15am)
    • Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
    • Extraordinary customer service skills that meet quality standards for services and evaluation of customer satisfaction
    • Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills
    • Exceptional active listening skills, giving full attention to what other people are saying, asking questions as appropriate without interrupting
    • Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
    • Self-motivated with ability to work independently as well as part of a team
    • Accurately type at least 38 wpm with an accuracy rate of 95% or better
    • High attention to detail and accuracy
    • Dependable, organized and detail oriented
    • Positive, competitive, and a determined attitude.
    • A sense of humor is a plus, we like to have fun!
