Primary Services is excited to announce the role of Digital Communications Analyst for our prestigious client in the technology sector. In this dynamic role, you will leverage your expertise in email and SMS communications to enhance customer engagement and drive successful marketing campaigns. This position is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with a strong background in digital communications and a passion for delivering high-quality results.

Responsibilities:

• Manage email and SMS production and execution, including HTML coding and troubleshooting
• Perform quality assurance reviews and deploy email/SMS communications daily
• Liaise with internal stakeholders and external clients to understand campaign requirements
• Participate in creative discussions to develop effective e-communications
• Execute digital communication projects with a high degree of accuracy
• Conduct audits and prepare reconciliation reports focused on timeliness, accuracy, and customer impact
• Communicate information effectively to cross-functional teams in both written and oral forms
• Create and deliver presentations to senior leadership
• Monitor operational metrics and respond to ensure superior performance
• Evaluate and improve operational processes, ensuring appropriate controls are in place
• Design, implement, and execute User Acceptance Testing scripts for new capabilities
• Facilitate cross-functional team discussions for campaign and project delivery

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university preferred
• 7 years of related experience in Operations, IT, Project Management, or Consulting
• Experience leading cross-functional team projects from requirements to implementation
• Professional experience in the energy market is a plus
• Proficient in HTML, Dreamweaver, and Photoshop
• Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud preferred
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, Power BI, MS Project)
• Familiarity with the CAN-SPAM Act and SMS compliance standards
• Excellent attention to detail, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Strong negotiation and conflict resolution abilities
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• High level of initiative, honesty, integrity, and results orientation
