Description
Electrical Components International (ECI) is looking for a Senior Director of Supply Chain to join our team in Juarez, Mexico!
Qualified candidates must have:
- Bachelors Degree required with preference of majors in Business Administration, International Trade, Engineering, or related field
- Master’s Degree preferred in Supply Chain Management, Finance, or related fields
- Must be bilingual in English and Spanish
- 10 years of end-to-end supply chain leadership experience within a multi-site manufacturing environment preferred
- Proven experience in business transformation, change management, or process improvement, with at least 5 years leading large teams in these efforts

About the Position:
The Senior Director of Supply Chain will collaborate cross-functionally to identify and analyze business needs, develop strategy and design effective implementation plans.
Duties Include:
- Drive large-scale change and transformation throughout the system by introducing plans that address organization effectiveness, productivity, costs, and working capital initiatives.
- Recruit, train, mentor, and develop an engaged, diverse, and world-class supply chain organization with deep bench strength in pivotal roles.
- Work with key business leaders in the design and execution of the organization’s forecasting, demand planning and SIOP strategy to drive inventory and cycle time reductions.
- Ensure manufacturing plans deliver on-time and on-cost.
- Drive step change in operational performance in reliability (OEE), and on time delivery/on-time in full (OTTR/OTIF)
- Create processes, procedures and tools to raise the competency level of the whole SCM organization.
- Focus on inventory to optimize working capital
- Drive overall integrated supply chain footprint strategy and transformation.
- Improve Sales, Inventory and Operations Planning (SIOP), process, and outcomes.
- Execute Core/Non-Core strategies for improved operational performance.
- Create and develop talent pipelines and internal capabilities.
- Comply with the Corporate Policies
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree required with preference of majors in Business Administration, International Trade, Engineering, or related field
- Master’s Degree preferred in Supply Chain Management, Finance, or related fields
- Must be bilingual in English and Spanish
- 10 years of end-to-end supply chain leadership experience within a multi-site manufacturing environment preferred
- Proven experience in business transformation, change management, or process improvement, with at least 5 years leading large teams in these efforts
- Experience improving supply chain performance and productivity while mitigating business risk.
- Must be a seasoned leader with demonstrated experience in complex (low volume/high mix) environments including managing international supply chains, supply chain planning and oversight, procurement, delivery, inventory, logistics, manufacturing transitions, and the full order to cash cycle
- Strong project management skills
- Understanding of Sales, Marketing, S&OP, Accounting, Finance, Credit, Logistics, Purchasing, Customer Service, and Manufacturing processes
- Knowledge of process improvement methodologies (Six Sigma, Lean, etc.)
- Strong Analytical and knowledge of problem-solving tools to make data driven decisions
- Strong knowledge of ERP systems
- APICS Certification preferred
Work & Travel:
- Not a remote position, in-office presence is expected on a regular basis
- Ability to travel occasionally to other ECI locations and suppliers as required
