Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Operations to oversee the daily operations of our treatment facility. The Director of Operations will play a critical role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality care to our clients while maintaining compliance with regulatory standards and optimizing operational efficiency.

Responsibilities:

• Provide strategic leadership and direction to all operational functions of the facility, including clinical services, administrative operations, and support services.
• Develop and implement policies, procedures, and protocols to ensure the effective delivery of treatment services and compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Oversee the hiring, training, and supervision of staff members, ensuring a high level of competence and professionalism.
• Collaborate with the clinical team to develop and implement treatment programs that meet the needs of our clients and adhere to best practices in addiction treatment.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of the facility against established goals and objectives, making adjustments as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Manage the facility's budget and resources effectively, identifying opportunities for cost savings and revenue generation.
• Foster a culture of teamwork, collaboration, and continuous improvement among staff members, promoting a positive work environment and a client-centered approach to care.
• Serve as a liaison with external stakeholders, including regulatory agencies, referral sources, and community partners, representing the facility's interests and building positive relationships.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $50,000.00 per year
