**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a detail-oriented, friendly, energetic with great customer service skills, Durable Medical Equipment (DME) professional to join our team! The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and coordinating the distribution of medical equipment to patients in need. Certifications are not required but are prefferred ( ex. Medical office specialist, Medical Billing and coding. Must bring proof if applicable). Must work cohesivly and efficiently under pressure. Must be Billingual. We are a growing bussiness and are continuously evolving, therefore we seek personnel who can adjust to high speed, high volume work environment!
**Duties:**
- Evaluate patient needs and recommend appropriate DME products
- Coordinate with healthcare providers to ensure accurate prescriptions and orders
- Oversee the delivery, setup, and maintenance of DME equipment
- Educate patients on proper use and care of equipment
- Maintain accurate records of equipment inventory and patient information
- Collaborate with insurance companies for billing and reimbursement processes
**Experience (preferred but not necessary) :**
- Proven experience working with DME products
- Knowledge of medical terminology and equipment usage
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Familiarity with insurance billing procedures related to DME
