A day in the life: Review operational procedures and methods and recommend changes for Improvement with an emphasis on automation and efficiency. Plan, Test, and implement new applications, enhancements and/or conversions. Analyze data to determine potential issues for post conversion Process. make recommendations to management for options to Resolve Outstanding issues. advise of process improvements, documentation enhancements, and system control improvements to enhance Processing capabilities and minimize risk. Participate in project work, including analysis, requirements definition and testing. partner with the technical areas in the research and resolution of system and process problems. May Serve as administrator for databases and applications used in the department. Serve as subject matter Expert for Customers and facilitating customer Issue resolution. assist in Monitoring system and operational Controls identifying areas of risk and suggesting possible improvements.
