Job Summary:
The Director of Distribution is responsible for the strategic leadership and daily management of the IES Distribution team. This role ensures that all projects are carried out efficiently, safely, and within budget. This role is pivotal in driving the growth of IES. The position involves creating, maintaining, and growing relationships with both existing and new customers. Responsibilities include overseeing teams, sales team leadership, profit and loss analysis, coordinating with other departments, managing budgets, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
