Position: Director of Operations
Reports to: VP Of Operations

The Discount Divas Director of Operations is responsible for all aspects of the safe and efficient operation of our warehouse operations including outbound shipping, intake management , inventory management, warehouse operations, customer service and overall effective staffing. The Director of Operations must be a mission-driven leader able to work with a diverse group of people in a fast-paced and collaborative environment. Open communication, creative resourcefulness, autonomous decision-making, and a keen eye for detail while holding the big picture in mind are key to the success of this role.

Responsibilities

Inbound and Outbound Intake and Fulfillment
● Ensure outbound shipping (Fulfillment) of customer orders meets KPIs and Customer Expected SLA's. Manage the Inbound Operations Team ( Intake, Item Pick Locations and Optimization),

Operations.
● Proactively develop capacity plan and staffing based on business cadence and demand.
● Quickly develop a deep understanding of the warehouse management system to determine opportunities to optimize and implement as appropriate.
Inventory Management

● Implement and maintain an inventory management process appropriate to the needs of Discount Divas growth Plans
● Proactively develop capacity plan and staffing needs based on inbound product flow and site publishing needs. Work closely with the buying team to prioritize unpacking, counting, copy and system uploads for every unit.

Customer Service

Lead the Customer Serve team to ensure that all KPI's are met, and Customer Service levels are maintained .

Watch Returns , and manage returns an return reasons to optimize future returns.

People Leadership
● Leader of Leaders - Daily operational planning and execution accountability. Must be able to set clear Objectivesd and priorities ever day based on the demands of the business ,and the changing priorities.
● Oversight of 4 Direct Reports and a large staff of indirect report for all functions in the warehouse, customer service, and marketing operations.
● Oversee warehouse maintenance and repair in partnership with the management team.
● Oversee warehouse operations supply and vendor relationships - Best Cost/ Best Performance

Budgeting

● Work with the GMM to create and manage the budget, which includes payroll, supply costs, and capital investments as needed.

Requirements

The candidate has:

• Experience working in a fast-paced warehouse environment
• 3-5 years experience managing operations leaders
• Experience with capacity planning as a fast-growing, seasonally driven company
• Managing inventory systems, including data management with proven expertise in leveraging data to optimize workflow and staffing.
• Experience manage a team , including success in recruiting and retaining teams

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
