Office Assistant Needed

Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day office operations
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and events using Microsoft Outlook and calendar management tools.
- Utilize QuickBooks for accounting tasks such as payroll, budgeting, and bookkeeping.
- Supervise and train staff on office procedures and protocols.
- Maintain vendor relationships and manage office supplies inventory.
- Implement and enforce office policies and procedures to ensure efficiency and compliance.

Qualifications
- Office management experience
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Outlook
- Knowledge of accounting principles
- Experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting software
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Previous experience in supervising or team management roles

Pay: $12.00 - $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 45 per week
