Digital Marketing Manager
Overview
The ideal candidate will be creative, strategic and possess a deep understanding of various social media & web platforms. In this role, the candidate will plan and implement digital marketing campaigns, including web, SEO/SEM, email, social media, and display advertising for all SG/VR Hospitality Brands (Fabulous-Furs, Fabulous-Bridal, The Madison Event Center, Hotel Covington, Coppins, North by Hotel Covington, Knowledge Bar & Social Room, and First District Café). Measuring and reporting on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to achieve business objectives, including brand awareness, lead generation, and customer acquisition.
- Create, plan and manage all digital advertising campaigns across various channels, such as search engines (Google Ads), social media platforms including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Pinterest & TikTok and display ads.
- Plan and manage multi-level direct email campaign calendar across brands.
- Manage and review digital merchandise presentation onsite to ensure the categorization, imagery, copy, pricing, and promotional tags are current and accurate.
- Constantly evaluate and improve user onsite experience, creating exciting and engaging user content.
- Utilize SEO best practices to improve organic search rankings and drive qualified traffic to the website.
- Monitor and analyze key performance metrics, such as website traffic, engagement, conversion rates, return on investment (ROI), and provide regular reports and insights to shareholders.
- Develop and manage social media advertising campaigns, including budgeting, targeting, and performance analysis.
- Monitor and engage with the online social communities, responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of all digital (email, web and social) activities with overall marketing objectives and campaigns.
- Maintain brand consistency across all digital touchpoints, ensuring adherence to brand guidelines and voice.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field.
- Proven experience in email marketing roles, with a track record of successfully developing and executing email marketing campaigns.
- Understanding of digital marketing principles, strategies, and tactics, including PPC advertising, social media marketing, email marketing, SEO, and content marketing.
- Experience with website management (e.g., WordPress, HubSpot) and social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Later, etc.).
- Creative thinker with strong copywriting and content creation skills, capable of crafting compelling messages and calls-to-action to drive engagement and conversion.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment, while maintaining attention to detail and accuracy.
