Digital Marketing Analyst jobs in New Mexico

We are currently seeking a talented and dedicated Digital Marketing Specialist to work closely with our real estate professionals to continue and improve their outbound/inbound marketing goals.

The position also performs a range of administrative and marketing support duties related to the daily operations of the department. These duties may include, but are not limited to:

• Collaborate with content contributors, and writers for the creation of content.
• Interface directly with internal marketing team and real estate agents to execute marketing campaigns.
• Monitor trends and best practices as it relates to marketing communications.
• Make recommendations on standards, techniques and approaches to increase efficiency and performance.
• Comfortable taking initiatives on creative marketing
• Successfully coordinate, produce and execute digital marketing campaigns.
• Strong ability to create and implement systems

Additional Qualifications:

• Associate’s degree or comparable experience.
• Strong prioritization and project management skills.
• Excellent analysis and problem solving skills.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced work environment.
• Ability to service multiple brands.
• Ability to travel on occasion
• Confident experience in HTML, CSS or other languages.
• Experience with Microsoft 365, Outlook, and Word.
• Experience with email safe sending procedures.
• Knowledge of Cava & Creative Adobe Suite. (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Dreamweaver, etc.)

Preferred:

• Real estate industry experience.
• Experience with CRM platforms

Schedule: Full-time, Monday through Friday, 8-hour shift

Wage range: $21.00-$23.00 per hour depending on experience, education and qualifications.

This is an in-person position. No remote work available.
