GENERAL SUMMARY & SCOPE
Looking for a collaborative team player who employs innovative thinking to develop and continuously improve programs, exhibits strong leadership and communication skills, and excels at driving efficiency. The Display Analyst's responsibilities include the management of Display programs; improving the volume and quality of traffic coming in to the Client across all devices, and driving revenue online and in our stores. This role requires both strategic and tactical level work to continuously improve the experience of our guests. The Display Analyst is responsible for planning, development, execution and evaluation of the Client's Display programs. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Media Strategy, the Media Strategy Analyst will work with internal teams across marketing, site merchandising, analytics and IT, as well as external partners to achieve business objectives. The Client is looking for an enterprise thinker with a team focused mindset.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
· Strategize, manage, and develop the Client's Display Marketing campaigns
· Manage Agency and direct partner relationships to execute ongoing account optimization
· Brief creative concepts and work with designers, copywriters and the site team to develop display assets
· Lead planning and defining of channel strategy for all major marketing events (i.e. Big Summer Beauty Sale, Fall Semi-Annual Beauty Event, etc)
· Oversee and manage campaign pacing, performance, and budget for the Display and Native program
· Work closely with external partners to keep up to date on new features, events and product capabilities
· Work with Senior Manager, Media Strategy on identifying new strategies and key learnings that can be applied to core program
· Work directly with CRM and Analytics teams to implement and improve programs
· Collaborate and build relationships between CRM, Loyalty, Creative, Analytics, IT, Merchant and Content teams as well as external partners
· Own quarterly process and creation of an executive summary of any new test and learn initiatives for Sr. Leadership (Vice Presidents, Senior Vice Presidents)
· Responsible for sharing campaign results and learnings with internal stakeholders
· Stays current on industry news, trends, tactics and strategies and educates the broader organization on new
· opportunities that can be used to provide our guests the best experience
JOB REQUIREMENTS
· BA/BS in Marketing or Business Administration
· Minimum 2 years of experience managing Display channels
· Proven track record in managing marketing programs within the retail industry
· Experience with ad servers/platforms like Campaign Manager, Conversant, DV360 etc.
· High attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills
· Advanced problem-solving skills
· Understand how/when to incorporate qualitative data into decision-making
· Proven ability to work closely with technical (software development) teams
· Vendor management skills
· Excellent communication skills; verbal and written
