General Manager:

Galesburg, IL

Job Requirements:

• At least 3 years of General Manager experience in a high-volume fast casual or casual dining restaurant
• The desire to develop talent within both the management and hourly teams
• Must have excellent customer service skills
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Sound decision making and problem solving skills
• Desire for personal and professional growth

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
