Decision Support Manager jobs in Montana

Assist Area Manager to keep individuals living in a safe, clean, and comfortable home, while participating in assigned activities and training situations. This position is responsible for observing and reporting physical condition of individuals and making sure problems are reported before they become acute; responding to crisis and documenting or charting activities or incidents. To assist in assessing and prioritizing needs of the individuals and training programs concentrating on basic living skills, socialization, basic hygiene, and other skills areas needed to achieve maximum integration. This position will also oversee and be responsible for the documentation of PSP data, daily checklists, med tracking, assessments, menu coordination purchasing, and taking individuals to medical appointments, etc. Follow policy and procedures for staff supervision and make recommendations for appropriate actions to Area Manager/GH Manager
