Minimum Education and Experience:
- Terminal Degree in related field required
- Teaching experience in a classical education setting required
- A strong record of academic accomplishment, entrepreneurial leadership, and broad, diverse perspectives and interests required
- A record of curricular and programmatic development and assessment, with proven dedication to high-quality undergraduate teaching, research, and mentoring required
- Minimum of five years experience in the administration of academic programs in a college or university preferred
- Minimum of five years experience leading a team in administrative roles with progressively increased responsibility preferred
- Continually nurture a personal relationship with Jesus Christ; serve as a consistent witness for Jesus Christ; maintain a kind, Christ-like attitude in dealing with and ministering to people within and outside of Northwestern; and faithfully uphold and embrace Northwestern’s mission, doctrinal statement, and Declaration of Christian Community.
