Role Overview
This position offers the opportunity to shape and execute impactful B2B and B2B2C marketing strategies that enhance customer relationships while adding value to their communities. You will report directly to the Chief Marketing Officer and play a vital role in our organization's customer marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement marketing strategies focused on customer engagement and retention throughout the customer lifecycle.
- Collaborate with various teams such as product marketing, demand generation, customer success, and operations to design and execute comprehensive marketing campaigns.
- Use data-driven insights to inform decision-making and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing initiatives.
- Identify and understand customer needs to deliver meaningful marketing efforts.
Ideal Candidate Qualifications
- 5 years of experience in marketing or a related field, with 1-2 years specifically focused on customer marketing.
- Experience in SaaS and/or B2B2C marketing is highly preferred.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful customer marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Familiarity with accounting, payments, or property management industries is advantageous.
- Strong analytical skills, with experience using marketing analytics tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficiency in CRMs and marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot and Salesforce is preferred.
- A collaborative spirit, able to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Must be eligible to work in the United States without requiring sponsorship.
