Job Summary: Follow and establish M365 service protocals and work closely with our technical team to ensure that all client needs are met and that service standards are consistently exceeded. Administer M365 colloboration tools including SharePOint Online, One Drive etc. Promotes optimal useability of M365 Serivces. Requirements: - Excellent communication skills - Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment - Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities - Exceptional customer service skills .
