    CT SEO Pro is looking for an Customer Success Manager to join our Web Design, SEO & SaaS focused business. CT SEO Pro specifically helps local businesses in Connecticut and specifically home service contractors nationwide generate more reviews, leads and customers with our proven Local Logic Framework that includes a website directly integrated with our app. The business operates on a SaaS subscription model.

    The LeadwiseAI app is built on the HighLevel platform that is used by more than 12,000 marketing agency owners. HighLevel is an all-in-one sales and marketing platform with functionality that includes: CRM, 2-way Business Texting, Missed Call Text Back, Review Generation, Email Marketing, Text Marketing, Automation Campaigns, Outbound Calling, Call Tracking, Call Recording, Pay Per Lead Portal, Form Builder, Funnel Builder, Website Builder (but wordpress is better), Online Scheduling, Reporting, Webhooks, Social Posting and more! This system is being integrated with AI and new features are being added consistently. This is an exciting time to be in SaaS and digital media!

    OVERVIEW OF THE POSITION

    The Customer Success Manager is responsible for doing what we said we're going to do in the sales call. We have a proven framework for local businesses to generate new leads, jobs and customers.

    Your job is to successfully install our proven two tool system into a local business.

    This includes:

    • Troubleshooting Google Business Profiles with Google
    • Answering day to day texts & calls from clients
    • Onboarding new clients
    • Checking in with clients to gauge happiness
    • Assisting with accounts receivable
    • Keep customers accountable to use the tools
    • Attend bi-weekly meetings with the team
    • Answer digital marketing / SEO questions

    This position includes paid training. Expect to be hands on with clients in 2 weeks.

    Base Bonus Plan:

    $75/ day base pay

    Cash Bonuses for: Bonuses GBP Verification, client activations, accounts receivable

    20% Cash on Close for new clients or upsells on current clients. (this optional - you're main role is customer success)

    Base pay increases as the number of customer's successfully managed increases through a milestone system.

    Flexibility to set your own schedule, but you will need to be available to answer messages & inbound calls.

    1-2 Weeks of paid training depending on previous experience.

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    • The only in-person work you'll need to do is if a new client has an issue with their Google Listing getting verified with a video you'll need to go help them (they really need our help!)
    • You may join a local networking group, or do local in-person sales as your discretion
    • Engage with an audience who has shown an active interest in the company’s services
    • Demonstrate a thorough understanding of the company’s products and services
    • Understand client needs to more effectively offer solutions and support
    • Coordinate with other team members and departments to optimize the sales effort
    • Meet and/or exceed quotas
    • Conduct a minimal amount of team and administrative tasks
    • Maintain an organized deal pipeline in a CRM system to record lead gen activity

    Install

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    • One year of experience in a customer service / success environment.
    • At least 1 year of digital marketing experience
    • Experience with dealing difficult people
    • Excellent ability to naturally build rapport, develop relationships and connect with others.
    • Empathic listener and persuasive communicator
    • Must live in Connecticut.
